Been here a few times pre- and during the COVID pandemic. Pre-pandemic, this resort is pretty busy. The pool is a popular location with a couple pools and a lazy river, and it has a good variety of food offerings. The Diamond Lounge is a great place to relax, grab a bite and/or drink, or chat away with a companion. They have a good size casino. Lots of slot machines and a wide variety of tables. There's a small high limit location and there a non smoking slot machine area located next to the Earl of Sandwich and Smashburger. As for food offerings, there's a Mexican reastaurant near the pool, Robeks, Starbucks, a cafe, Chinese food at KJ Kitchen, a buffet, an upscale restaurant called Fiore.

For during the pandemic, they are requiring all guests to be wearing a mask unless they are actively eating, drinking, smoking, or swimming. There are guests that do not properly wear their mask or not at all at times. I'm rows where there are 4 machines, the 2 machines in the middle are turned off. If more than the 4, I've noticed every other machine is turned off. At tables, every other seat is empty. There is signage everywhere reminding guests to wear a mask and socially distance. Hand sanitizer is available throughout the resort. Elevators have signage to have no more than 4 guests per elevator. Not sure how rooms are cleaned, but seems like normal business as usual. Pool accessibility Monday-Thursday is first come, first serve. Weekends require reservations for a couple hours blocks throughout the day. I did notice that they had an employee walking around doing counts, so they are actively making sure there is a certain capacity in the pool area. Not all the bars are open. For the most part, they have a walkup location and you can take your beverage anywhere. Valet is not being offered at this time. Weekends are much busier! There's a new beer offering outside, later in the day. It located outside of the main entrance, to the left. Most food offerings are open. The buffet was reimagined to Che Bello. You can build your own pizza or just purchase pre-made pizzas. There's a wide variety of other offerings.
