UPDATE: RUN FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. This horrible resort has now double charged us $9K on two credit cards, even after I spoke to them on the phone yesterday about $3K in pending charges although we paid the bill in full (not worth it, the prices are crazy for what you get.)

I guess they don't tell guest charging things to their room that they put thousands of dollars of pending charges on your credit card and they can stay there for 10 days. I am outraged, I now have to spend more time at work on hold trying to fix these issues, after they have double charged us everything. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR BUSINESS.

We paid almost $900/night for a large condo and the only cleaning included was once every four days, so once a week. Even then I had to ask repeatedly and finally had cleaning arrive on day 6, and even then they barely cleaned the condo beyond changing sheets.

Service was incredibly slow and disorganized, and many things were closed or under construction. The day we arrived we waited 15 min to get a drink and 45 minutes to get lunch when there was only one other couple at the restaurant. I am currently on hold trying to figure out how I got $3K worth of pending charges to my credit card beyond the outrageous sum we paid for the resort as a whole. Very disappointed.
