Much more enjoyable when they had the audio record...

Much more enjoyable when they had the audio recordings (in multiplied languages!) a few years ago. They've also now split out the tour into 3 loops, none of which are convenient to move between. They extended the Golden Gate tour all the way out to Sausalito which takes more time and makes for more inconvenient (slower) return from the Bridge. We had a question at booking time and tried to call at 7am when their office opened; waited on hold for 50 minutes before being disconnected by their system. Finally, the buskers at Union Square are aggressive and rude. There are probably better options out there.
