I am very impressed by the way that customers are greeted and attended to. I was in a rather unique situation where I had found a gift item at another gift store and needed 11 more of the same.

I contacted the company who shipped them and with the amazing help from rep. (Kaitlin) from Splash International, Gallery selection gift shop placed the order for me without hesitation.

I call this Real customer service. I will return to their store and have already let my friends know where to shop for specialty items. We need more stores that go the extra mile and Gallery Gift shop is a real example to follow.. Betty Jean
