I had a spot on my toe nail and was referred to podiatry. I was unsure of what the appointment would consist of (removal of nail or consult) so I called the nurse in the podiatry clinic and within a short time I received not only a phone call back but a very friendly and calming voice on the other end. She was amazing. The day of my appointment we checked in about 30 minutes early. (orthopedics check in was a breeze, very friendly) and was quickly called back, before my appointment time. He was amazing and asked if I had questions before the Dr came in. I did and he was calming and helpful. The Dr came in within moments and treated me. Prescription called in to the pharmacy of my choice and he gave me a business card of the numbers to call if I had any further questions. We left feeling great (even left before my actual scheduled appointment time) Went to pharmacy to pick up, they had questions regarding directions of prescription, nurse called almost immediately and questions answered. Everyone was reachable, knowledgeable, and friendly. All in all, very good.
