Booked trip with a pickup time of 9 a.m. they call...

Booked trip with a pickup time of 9 a.m. they call the day before at tell us 9:30. At 9:50 I call and they say the driver is running late (no courtesy call to inform me of this) they FINALLY show up at 10:15 with only 3 other passengers so the reason for them being do late is unknown. I had to call the office 3 times and get 3 different phone numbers to call to try to find out where the driver was when he was late. Apparently it would be an inconvienence for them to call themselves to find this out. In the meantime I have small children excited to leave while we wait forever. No return phone call from the manager. No apologies. The people I did speak with were hard to understand. Poor customer service! Would not recommend!
