I came in to buy an engagement ring. I knew diamonds weren t cheap but I was ready to be educated. Ola was who helped me and I can t speak highly enough about her. She made me feel like a diamond expert by the time I left my first visit. I then of course shopped around and quickly realized that the Gold and Diamond Source not only has the best prices ANYWHERE, the best customer service ANYWHERE, but the best quality diamonds anywhere as well. No sales pressure and the finest customer service around. I made Ola work for my sale, lol, took me a few months to commit but I knew she had my business the minute I met her. I felt so comfortable with the entire process and I can t thank Ola enough. She even gave me her personal phone # so I could reach her whenever I wanted to with questions or to setup a meeting. Talk about going above and beyond. She is a wonderful person and certainly an expert in this field. Thank you Ola!
