I have been doing business with Cowles Ford since moving to Virginia over 10 years ago. I think their service department is very good. I never felt pressured into any service nor did I ever think they recommend a repair that didn't need to be done. All the service work they have performed has been good and their prices seem inline with other area dealerships. I would recommend Cowles Ford to everyone.
