Service started out great with a group of seven. Then our server got another table of 8 and could not keep up with both tables. Place wasn't not busy, so why the the lack of.
The problem we noticed is , she was working her butt off and yet 4 or 5 of the servers were just standing around, some on their phones and some of the male servers was talking with the three hostest. They seem to be lost and were walking back and forth, doing nothing and always empty handed. Seems to me, if the other servers aren't doing anything, they could help clear tables, get water or drinks, that we seem to run out of.
Food was served by yet another server and he was lost about where and who ordered. Food warm but ok.
We was over charged for drinks and server spent 12 min looking for manager. She finally said he was MIA and just did another ticket, apologized but then hurried off, never to be seen again.
