Pros
1) No doubt, The service was awesome and top notch. Rajesh was fabulous in responding.
2) Response for the queries and changes
3) Rooms were spacious and would fit for a family.
4) Activities they offer are great and adventurous.
5) Resort was clean and camp fire at multiple places for each group/family is good.

Ok
1) Food was OK. (Definitely good compared to others but not great and there is definitely scope for improvement). The items were repeating and rice was half cooked on the first day. The cook responded really well and added couple of items in the buffet for kids (Well cooked). Chicken was hard and the fish quality was not good ( I know, I cant expect seer fish on a resort)

We went during a full house day and can understand the items they can offer on a house full day.

Cons
1) The location was not that great and the roads to reach the resort is not good.
2) I think, we were during a wrong season as the river water had less flow and stinky.
3) The water on the deluxe bath rooms were also stinky, Whereas the wooden cottage had good water.

Overall, I would definitely recommend this resort to others as they have a wonderful team in providing a great service with great attitude.
