There has never been a time that I encountered problems at any of the public libraries in Springfield. In fact, library workers are always helpful and tend to go the extra mile. This is true now and was also true when our kids were young. Furthermore, the library does a great service to our community by allowing groups to use well-designed rooms for group meetings, programs, etc.
