Horrible experience with the service department. The service adviser tried to pass off a manufacturing defect (front bumper) as a body shop issue, which, of course, I would have to pay for. He even stated, "Plastic doesn't dent," when I asked him where I had been hit. I've had this car less than a month. The bumper shouldn't be falling off. I have filed a complaint with the corporate offices and will never use this dealership again.

2:41 p.m. No call or e-mail from the service manager. This place has the worst customer service.
