Lack of basic humanity. Staff lied about my reason...

Lack of basic humanity. Staff lied about my reason for visit. Did not document symptoms.
Lied on Current conditions. Lied about my mental state claiming that I demanded additional services, when I really just wanted to know what the results of my blood work and CT were. I m still feel like I am having minor strokes or heart attacks every day.

If you have a patient who thinks, for whatever reason -physical or psychological, that they are dying, listen to them. Make eye contact, I instead of checks on a paper with snide remarks because you are to overwhelmed with the job you signed up for. Try the words you re going to be ok. We aren t cattle.

10/10 would rather DIE before returning to this hospital for anything.
