Some days are far more crowded and the staff isn't on top of it. But the better times way outweigh the few bad. On slow days most of the staff is super friendly and hilarious! One of my favorite things to do is the sea lion (NOT SEALS) show. I have a season pass and still go every time. I finally was able to talk to one of the trainers and she was so nice and im just happy such a show is available and saving the poor babies!
