One of my favorite, if not my favorite, Pennsylvania breweries. Everyone likes to talk about their Troegenator and Mad Elf beers, but to me those are the most average beverages they have. Want something truly special? Check out their experimental scratch beers, what they can do with all sorts of different hop combinations, or my personal favorite, the Nitro Chocolate Stout (perfect for a day in Hershey).

As for the brewery? Let me warn you, at least on the weekends and especially in summer, this place can get SWAMPED and you may need to fight for a parking spot. If you're planning a visit, aim for off-peak hours if at all possible (weekdays, winter, before 5 PM on Fridays, Sunday late afternoons) to get the best experience. Food that pairs great with beer, beer that pairs great with good times - this is a local treasure.
