Bought a chair almost two weeks ago and I m still waiting for it... Went for this website as it was stating "NEXT Day Delivery" which is a lie!

I contacted furniture work via webform a week ago and received a reply from Customer Services <CSControl@furnitureatwork.co.uk> on
22 April 2020 09:14. As you can see there is no "next day delivery" as I still haven't received my product. I sent an email to CustomerResolutionTeam@furnitureatwork.co.uk this pm at 27 April 2020 13:05 and hopefully someone will get back to me soon (i will update here). Everyone is suffering from this unexpected situation (covid-19) if your business is no longer able to do "Next Day Delivery" maybe it is time remove this AD and put a realist date, it is simple and will keep your clients happy
