I would have rated this hotel (Pier 5) higher because I chose this Hilton hotel because it had a shuttle to Johns Hopkins Hospital where my husband was a patient for 5 days, Unfortunately , it did not go to the Bayview campus. I had to take a taxis both ways.

The hotel is pleasant and quiet and in a very convenient spot in Fells Point. The staff is very helpful and courteous. One of the employees, Denise went above & beyond helping this elderly lady, help me to my room. (I was on a walker.) They provided a daily hot breakfast which was very good.
