Absoloutely appalled. They agreed to my loan was happy with my guarantor everything was going through. They even offered me more to help than what I had asked. To then get a text to say sorry your loan application has been declined. So they had all mine and my guarantors details had my hopes up that I finally got help for them to snatch it away with a click of a finger and no explanation as of why. I refuse to ring them as i called so many time yesterday and each call took 45minutes to get through. So not only has it wasted my time and phone bill its now added extra stress.

Stay as far away as possible, I read the reviews and thought no give them a chance it could be a one off. But seriously stay AWAY!!!!!
