May have been 5 *'s many years ago but this place ...

May have been 5 *'s many years ago but this place has gone downhill. They under estimate your usage on maintenance agreements and then at some point claim an accurate number but by then it appears that you had a huge overage in one period due to under estimating in prior ones. Crooked if you ask me.
