My desktop power unit fan failed. Friendly Computers Spokane was diligent and discovered a resistor on the motherboard that was beginning to fail. They offered inexpensive rebuild desktops and laptops that were Business Class, which are built superior and last longer. I bought an HP business class laptop with the recommended Antivirus package by FCS, they moved all my data over from the failing desktop and were able to install all the original fresh operating system and MS Office as well as Outlook and e-mails. It was impressive and I was treated very well. They were quick on their assessment and quicker completing the build / transfers. Top Notch. Go to Sam, he is awesome, helpful, and great at assessing my needs, thus providing a low cost option which I am very pleased with. A++++++
