I am a gold rewards member that stayed in Room 661...

I am a gold rewards member that stayed in Room 661 on May 7 2018. Upon entering the room I noticed the sheets appeared to be wrinkled from the previous occupant. I inspected the bed further and noticed 3 bed bugs. I requested and was granted a room change. I was also awarded some reward points which I'm not even sure would cover one nights stay at a hotel. Before posting anything, I filed a formal complaint with @marriott with the hopes they would address the issue appropriately. I received an email a day later from the GM apologizing for the inconvenience, that the issue was being addressed, and to consider staying in the future. I am in business and this is about as bad as it gets when it comes to customer service. There are plenty of hotel chains out there. Look elsewhere.
