Having visited Gallipoli in 2015 and the Western Front in 2018, the Australian War Memorial was the obvious place to be for the Dawn Service, ANZAC Day 2019.
It was well worth it. We spent 3 days exploring the museum, especially the World War 1 gallery.
I particularly liked the dioramas, and the British Mark IV tank "Grit".
The tour guides and staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. I still learned new things.
The Last Post ceremony is well worth attending.

There is still so much more to see, but that will be for another trip.
