I left this hotel feeling extremely dissapointed in the money I spent staying here for 3 nights. We had bad luck with our room, booked a deluxe room which was dark and had a terrible smell of damp. They were building next door to us so we were often woken up early with banging. The right thing would have been to inform us beforehand or ask for us to be moved.

It was very hot the first night so we requested a fan on the second night and never received one, we had to call reception twice. They don't give you two pin plugs, you have to pay for it, I understand people steal these but at least have a deposit option then.

Our bathroom sink had hairs in it when we checked in. It would have been nice if they had water in the room. Complimentary fruit would have been nice as well, can't believe you have to pay for this if you're staying at the hotel. It really lacked personal touches!
