Tried to contact post office. Unsuccessful.

Tried to contact post office. Unsuccessful.
Mail carrier keeps delivering packages and mail to the wrong address. Two packages in two days! One delivered yesterday in my mailbox, and one delivered on my doorstep today! Maybe carrier needs reading glasses?
