I had a disturbing problem concerning a wind or air associated noise at the driver's side window. One previous attempt to remedy this by replacing the weather stripping did not succeed. A second visit for a road test did not replicate the noise at which time the service advisor was Kaitlyn who suggested that I return when I hear the noise. I did that and the technician who test drove the car was Don. He reported that it seemed to be due to some defect in the side view mirror which he believed could be fixed by inserting expanding foam into the cavity of the mirror. The noise is gone. I have to add that this noise was maddening, at least to me. We bought this car for long trips because of the superior ride and comfortable seats and it has served its purpose. But the noise, and the prospect that it would not be subdued, had led me to the point where I could not keep the car- and a new one wouldn't be a Nissan. Your technician, Don, has the knowledge and experience to diagnose a difficult issue and come up with an unusual, innovative, and effective remedy. Your service advisor, Kaitlyn has, in her competent, friendly, and intelligent manner managed Capital's resources to expertly resolve this problem. I might add that our overall experience with Capital has been very good, going back to our purchase and ownership of a Rogue some years ago, through the purchase of the current Altima and subsequent maintenance and repair encounters. All aspects of this dealership with which I have interacted are top notch and I would recommend Capital to anyone who seeks my opinion.
