My trip was cancelled due to COVid and they're refusing to give me a refund even though Westjet cancelled our trip! They were asking for proof if my trip was really cancelled and a month later I still haven't heard back from them. This is our second time buying their insurance. The second time we've had issues so NEVER AGAIN. Total scam artists!!
