Yes,.I received my order (remote for an electric heater), but unfortunately, the remote did not operate my heater. I called the customer service rep.,provided her with the model #, etc. She was most helpful and noted the wrong item was sent. That very afternoon I received an e-mail that my order had been processed. Very Grateful ... Very easy for anyone to make a snafu, however I'm giving the co. a 5 star rating totally based on how the rep. handled my issue in such a timely, professional, but yet friendly manner. Excellent Service
