We used the EBQ sales service for four months before terminating for lack of performance. ROI was poor as we paid $5000 per month for a green half time caller. Communication was poir as we werent able to collaborate or train virtual caller properly so pitch was never accurate. Recieved 1 to 2 decent leads on average per month. EBQ delivered 4 to 5 leads per month but most of those were unresponsive. Staff was professional and organized but the high cost per converted lead simply could not be justified. We subsequently invested in other areas and sales took off.
