Beware of housekeeping department. On two separate stays, I accidentally left an item in the room when I checked out. I am 100% certain I left them in the room. Yet the housekeeping department didn't turn either item in. And the people who work in the loss and found department seemed to have an attitude that I was seeking the items that I left in room each time I called for them. One of the items is expensive and the other one is more sentimental but large and still very much worth turning in. I urge you guys to carefully check every inch of the room before you check out, because housekeeping here has sticky fingers. Oh, but otherwise Hard Rock AC is a very good property. My rating is based on housekeeping.
