The employees are Great!!!! But the General Manage...

The employees are Great!!!! But the General Manager is a jerk. My mother and I stand at the hotel for a whole week. My mother is employee of Hampton and he would not gave her the employee rate and talk down to us. Because of him I will never stay at that hotel. He didn't even try to make it right he just walked off.
