Let me just say that I will spend top dollar over and over for premium experience. We ve been here before and done just that. But the front desk took 90 minutes to get us checked in to reservations I made a month prior. After not being able to locate our reservations even though I had the two room reservations in hand with reservation number and everything, our rooms were no longer next to one another and there was no compensation at all to make up for it. Asian restaurant was amazing and casino staff was fun. Whole outdoor experience was WAY sub-par for insane prices.

Then when we rented a cabana for $400 we saw our waitress all of 3x in a 5 hour window. They kept telling us to be patient, but I won t be patient with premium prices. Our cabana fridge was stocked with nothing. Took 2 hours to get a kids pizza delivered to us, and we had food never arrive they then tried to charge us for. Our waitress was so kind but the rest of the staff didn t go out of their way to make up for this major oversight; they weren t in any hurry to help us make up for the absolute lack of customer service. The whole trip was meant to be relaxing and a healthy distraction from the somber 9/11 rememberance (as it s tough for our family), and the whole experience here caused nothing but stress and frustration!
