Revising my review down again based on failure of ...

Revising my review down again based on failure of staff to wear masks. My original review was low, based on what I saw on an earlier visit, but the company responded that they offer a contact-free pickup service. So I changed it to 5 stars. I am revising it back down because I live beyond their distance maximum for this service.

I took my vehicle in for service this week. When I dropped my car off a bit after 8:00 a.m., all was good. All the service reps were wearing masks. I was encouraged that perhaps Modern Toyota was taking health concerns more seriously.

When I returned to pick up my vehicle late afternoon, it was a very different story. When I entered, only one (out of six service reps and three other employees) was wearing a mask. My own rep did not put on his mask until perhaps a couple of minutes of interaction with me. I would give them five stars strictly on service and have bought from them every one of my vehicles purchased in the past twenty years. I have no complaints other than safety.

All the service reps have masks, but by afternoon, nearly all were wearing them around their necks, which does nothing useful.
