I don t even know where to start. Let s start by saying this place staffing are a critical shortage. I feel sorry for the nurses that work there. These nurses run with as many as 7 patients to one nurse at times. This alone is a huge safety issue. The mean average nursing experience is 2-3 years total experience. This place is run so short staffed that the supposed charge nurses are taking full loads of patients on top of having to do charge nursing roles. I feel sorry for this place and how it is run.
