The online system took two extra payments out of my account without my authorization. I always use one time payment never created an account online. I called and both representatives couldn t explain why but said because i made the payments so basically blamed me. However, i didn t, i used the one time payment for both water and sewer but the sewer account tried taking out two more payments besides the one i made on 6/20. The other two times they tried withdrawing was 6/22 and 6/26, the representatives couldn t give any answer but just tell me that i May have post dated payments and when will i make more payments . when i used the one time payment option. Anyhow, i didn t authorize anything but the payment i made online on 6/20. Additionally, the manager had no knowledge of representatives from there company coming out to our homes, she said we don t do that we handle it by phone. The point is horrible customer service and no knowledge of the company or how the online system works. I recommend everyone to mail payments and avoid putting your info on the website. I feel bad for the people that work here because it must be that they are not treated right because they re careless.

So today 6/28 the water and sewer company decided to come by and drop off a notice when i made a payment 6/22 due to non payment
