Very surprised to see so many stars given the qual...

Very surprised to see so many stars given the quality of the services offered by EF in London. My friend and I fell into two families with whom it was shameful to welcome two foreigners for the price paid. One of the two houses in shameful condition with rooms to live in filth.
On top of that, hearing on the premises that families are not even checked before sending young people there, is even more shameful !!!
We asked for intensive courses, we are still waiting for them, there are more games than in class. Activities that are advertised for a fee while on the phone we are told the opposite!
I strongly advise you not to leave with EF London because there is a real take-off with what is announced at the start and what there is in reality at the finish !!!!
