I have bought many cars previously at dealerships in Houston and none of those experiences have been as pleasant as the one at Fort Bend Kia. We lost 4 vehicles during Harvey and finally had a chance to replace one. My salesperson was Rod Melloul and he helped me during my purchase of the 2018 Kia Soul. He explained everything thoroughly and was not a pushy salesperson. He made the process less stressful and even texted me to be sure I got home safely! His manager was also very pleasant. This dealership feels like a small family and treats you with respect and smiles. I LOVE my Kia Soul!!! And I will only buy from Rod at Fort Bend Kia :)
