Disgraceful !

Disgraceful !
BEEN CHARGE TWICE FOR FOOD SHOPPING.
When I got through on the phone they told me, NO you've only been charge once.
But my bank say differently... .
Cant send email to head office.....
AS ITS CLOSED & they WONT ACCEPT phone calls or emails.
Isn't it against the law to not allow customers to complain and give them their rights?
During this most difficult Covid 19 time my finding is..
There is ....NO CUSTOMER SERVICE CARE FROM ASDA HEAD OFFICE.
