After a steady decline in customer service mainly from the mgmt(floor) I took an extended absence from this place. In the past six months I ve come twice and both times was met with Piss poor customer service. Tonight I spent over a grand in about 20 minutes which I m ok with. However not once did they bother to ask if I needed something and when I asked the floor to please get table service I waited an additional 12 minutes with nothing. As 3 of the serving staff congregated by the hot rail. I again ask for service and the dealer turns to the same person I asked and then said nothing.
Last year I spent roughly $16,000.00. Yet, I can t even come and order dinner. I m glad to know my business isn t worth your time. Because literally every other casino in town meets me with a smile and stellar service. Including SD Renton. After the absence of any kind of customer service tonight this brand has lost my business for ever. Pull you heads from the cushioned mound behind you and maybe you ll retain customers who actually spend money
