Andrew, Stephanie,Kyle. Tricia and I just wanted to let you know what a fantastic time we had at the Australian Open. The front row seats we had were unbelievable. The Langham accommodations were first class and the proximity to the event and downtown Melbourne were great. Opening and closing dinners you catered were delicious, the other members of your tour group we met were delightful, especially Andrews mom and son. We then continued our journey,that you coordinated with Down Under Answers, on to Queenstown & Christ Church New Zealand,then back to the Great Barrier Reef and Sydney Australia. We were picked up in luxury cars, all airline flight reservations were correct, hotel accommodations were 5 star ( the George in Christ Church upgraded us to a suite ). The only minor hitch we had in all of this travel was that the airport limo in Cairnes didn't show up and we had to take a mini bus to the Thala lodge. The manager of the lodge totally made up to us with a comped dinner, which was great. As this was my first trip outside of the USA, I was impressed at how smoothly everything went. Our only mistake was arriving in Australia, going to New Zealand then back to Australia. We wasted a day traveling between the countries 2 times.
