I recently started working at Bakers Square and overall I am satisfied with the experience. The management is supportive and the team is friendly. The company has good training programs in place and they prioritize employee development. The work environment is positive and the customers are generally pleasant. The only downside is the busy schedule during peak hours, but it's to be expected in a popular restaurant like this. Overall, I would rate Bakers Square as great and would recommend it to others.
