At the beginning of May I refused a direct debit because I did not know what tax it was. After returning from vacation I found a letter from BsGW that objected to this refusal. Also there is no indication whatsoever of the tax involved. A very sunny weekend (the two of them) have been busy sorting this out. It would be useful to state which tax is involved in the collection, instead of just specifying an assessment number. After all, collecting figures is great for you: after I discovered that the waste levy was concerned, I also found the long list stating, among other things, that I took out the GFT container on 30 May 2013 and that it was released at 11 am minutes and 27 seconds has been emptied, for which of course tribute. Now this kind of clarity with regard to bank debits. I call Monday, June 2 to discuss this again.
