We literally waited for an hour after being seated...

We literally waited for an hour after being seated to even get a drink. There were at least 5 waiters/waitresses talking and carrying on right in front of us, not one of them took the time ask us if we had been waited on. Then as I looked around the restaurant I noticed our whole section was experiencing the same thing. Meanwhile half the staff was on the floor doing the tootsie roll "entertaining" the hungry, thirsty patrons. Don't ever plan on visiting this place again.
