Please read this before you signe with ADT.Poor customer service when dealing with their call center representatives. Tried to cancel after 2 years when my business was closed.
1) I was already payed for 3 months in advance (no problem)
2) Called to ADT to inform the cancellation, they told me to email my request they don't do cancelation on phone ( no problem)
3) I did email cancelation request, ADT calls me back next day and tells me we don't except cancelation true email, you have to talk with the MANAGER ( no problem)
4) Net couple days i called maybe 10 times, every time they put me on hold 20-30 min. MANAGER NOT AVAILABLE ( no problem)
5) Finally i been told MANAGER is going to call you in 24 hours, never called ( no problem)
6) 3 days later i got letter from COLLECTOR AGENCY, THIS IS HOW THEY TREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS ( BIG F.....K PROBLEM)
