Great property but the staff can act unsual when it comes to "customer service". I asked to use a pen really quick and was told to go to the front desk where pens are chained. I asked a lady that was putting back dvds and audio books where were the dvds and she replied i dont know i just volunteer, go ask at the front desk. And my wife asked for a strip of tape at the front checkout desk and the lady there said we dont give out tape but you can have a staple. Weird people here. All in one visit.
