Yes, the staff are wonderful and helpful, but you have to wait hours (over 3 in my case) just to get a hold of someone. I was calling because they overcharged me for my monthly payment, but after waiting on hold for that long I also asked them to cancel my insurance. There are other companies out there who charge less and don t take 3 hours to reply.
