Mercury couriers has no Customer experience training, from the reception to supervisors and managerial level. There are no process in this organization, you have to call to find out if your parcel is in, the receptionist(Martha) doesn t know how to use the system she mistakenly advised that my parcel was out for delivery when i wasn t to pick it up, four days of my time wasted. No apology whatsoever and only for Chris to call and tell me in a rude tone that my parcel won t not be deliver and that I should call Nandi(supervisor) and I should call her right now to let her know !!!. The manager promised to call and resolve my issue unfortunately I didn t get her name, but has not called as I write this, I was a way of cutting me off.
