Horrible Customer Service. They only allow auction times to be posted in pacific standard time. There email/message GUI is circa 1999, html based one message at a time/hide the inbox. jpegs rarely upload as well, see attached. My computer and internet are quite fast. Items sold in China don't have return shipping labels, so ebay told me to go to the post office and try to ship it myself to China. This is ebay, where many sellers are from china, and they process tens to hundreds of thousands of shipping labels daily. Then, call customer service and they say since the item wasn't as described (the watchband doesn't fit), its buyers remorse and I'm responsible for return shipping to China...wow. They also do not allow you to add photos or information to an auction that has a bid, even though the buyers ask good questions and strictly adding photos only adds information, and prevents you from having to answer many of the same questions from sellers.
