Receptionist near the lab was rude to me. She acted like I was stupid because I was a bit confused and didn't realize the orders for lab work were on the Rx form along with Rx for medication. I was tired and in pain... Understandably not fully coherent.

Phlebotomist in the lab was excellent. She gets 5 stars.

Prior to this cold experience, a family member was admitted to ER. "Attending" Physician in charge (DO Graduate from a 3rd rate medical school) never examined patient. He was standing behind a computer the whole time entering data or something. The "treatment" was provided by a rude Physician's Assistant of questionable competency and horrendous bedside manner. A nurse carelessly threw away perfectly usuable urine sample by mistake and said will need another from patient in a great deal of pain from kidney stones. What a joke. Scary knowing it wasn't a fictional hospital set for a show like ER.
