Epcot is an interesting park. We love it. Kids have fun, everywhere. The combination of the countries and rides makes it a very cool place. The scenery is amazing throughout. If you do the countries, know that bigger kids will find them more interesting than younger ones. Having a dietary issue can making eating here a challenge. We did end up eating back at our resort. I am sure with better planning we could have found something. All parks seem to be in construction and updates ahead of the 50th anniversary (2021) but it's not detrimental to your visit. This park we recommend doing in 2 days. Rides and attractions are mostly "up front" and can easily take you the better part of the day. Highly recommend Soarin'!! The countries can be done on a second day, a little more than half a day to go through. You will find many adults indulging in this part of the park as they try alcoholic beverages from each country. Most people are great about it, you will run into at least 1 or 2 who are not so great.
