SHAME !!!

SHAME !!!
They do come in the morning at 8.00 for a small 5-minute operation (according to them) in a day hospital in nephrology ... they made me wait 12 HOURS !!! UNTIL 5 PM
Total disorganization and nobody knows anything !!!
P.S. The head physician of nephrology ... a very unpleasant, arrogant and presumptuous person.
